专利说明:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The present invention relates to a lid for a container, in general, and has particular application in the field of ampoules, such as glass ampoules, which contain a pharmaceutical product. BACKGROUND OF THE TECHNIQUE [002] Containers such as ampoules or injection cartridges that comprise drugs are progressively becoming the target of counterfeiters. Counterfeiters reuse original components already consumed or use standard packaging components, which are available on the market and which are identical or similar to the components used by the manufacturers of the original product. [003] Such ampoules or cartridges are typically produced from glass or plastic and often have a standardized size and shape (without being limited to standardized sizes and shapes). Ampoules or cartridges typically have a neck that has an opening that is sealed by means of a plug (typically made of rubber) that is plugged into the neck opening to allow sterile storage of the liquid in the container. In order to access the pharmaceutical product inside the container, a needle can be penetrated through the rubber plug, and the needle is then moved further into the container until the tip of the needle extends into the stored pharmaceutical product inside the container. The pharmaceutical product can then exit the interior of the container through the needle. For example, when using a syringe, the needle of the syringe is penetrated through the rubber stopper and the container is then turned upside down to prevent air from being drawn into the syringe. The tip of the needle extends into the liquid and the plunger of the syringe is then moved back in this way, creating an underpressure that causes the liquid to be drawn from inside the container into the syringe. [004] The container typically not only comprises the rubber plug, but also comprises a ferrule that securely holds the rubber plug in position to ensure that the container remains sealed, in order to prevent the pharmaceutical product stored inside the container contaminated or exposed to the environment. The ferrule is typically a metallic casing (for example, made from aluminum) that has an upper surface and a skirt depending on the downward direction from the upper surface. The lower end of the skirt is folded to engage an edge on the outer wall that surrounds the opening of the container. Alternatively, the ferrule may be a plastic wrap, which is notched to engage the rim on the outer wall surrounding the opening. In both cases, the ferrule securely holds the plug in place at the opening to keep the inside of the container sealed. [005] Connected to the ferrule before the first use of the container, there is a overflow button that covers both the rubber plug and the upper surface of the ferrule. The known overburden buttons are translucent and colorless in their entirety or are opaque and colored. The color can represent the specific type of pharmaceutical product, or it can represent a specific concentration of a pharmaceutical product. The override button is connected to an anti-tamper mechanism. To use the container for the first time, the user has to remove the override button from the ferrule in order to expose a central portion of the rubber plug. Upon removal of the override button, the anti-tamper mechanism is irreversibly damaged. Typically, by removing the overshoot button, a circular portion centrally disposed of the upper surface of the rubber plug is exposed, so that subsequently a needle can be penetrated through that exposed portion of the rubber plug to allow the pharmaceutical product exit the inside of the container through the needle. [006] Counterfeiting can occur by replenishing the original container and repositioning the override button from the original product manufacturer to again cover the upper surface of the ferrule and the (already damaged) anti-tamper mechanism, or through the use of a new one. container that has a shape that is identical or very similar to that of the original container, and through the redisposition of the overflow button from the manufacturer of the original product to cover the upper surface of the ferrule. Although this overriding of the overrun button is not easy to do, if done skilfully, the override button remains on the top surface of the ferrule and gives the user the impression that the container is a container of the manufacturer of the original product and that has not been opened previously. In the case of an overflow button, which is translucent and colorless in its entirety, the user may be able to determine whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not, however, there is no possibility to use the overflow button color for identification the type of pharmaceutical product, the concentration or whatever. In the case of an override button, which is opaque and colored in its entirety, the user may be able to identify the type of product, the concentration or whatever, but cannot see whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. Once the user has removed the override button (regardless of whether it was made from the original product or a counterfeit product), the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged in any case. Typically, upon first opening the removal of the unused container from the overflow button it creates a sound, for example a "click", which indicates that the anti-tamper mechanism has been irreversibly damaged. However, in the event that the override of the override button is skillfully performed by removing the override override button, a "click" can also be created. Therefore, it is very difficult for the user to determine whether the respective "click" comes from a first removal of the override button from the ferrule or the removal of a override button skillfully redisposed from the ferrule - after the removal of the override button, the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged in any case. [007] Therefore, there is a need for a lid that allows the user, before removing the overflow button, to determine if the container has not been opened previously, while preserving, at the same time, the option to identify the manufacturer of the product. on the override button and use colors to identify the type of product, the concentration of the product or whatever. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [008] The present invention suggests a cap, as specified by means of the characteristics of the claim, independently directed to the cap. The modalities of the lid, according to the invention, are the subject of the dependent claims. The present invention also includes a container comprising a lid, according to the invention, as specified by means of the characteristics of the independent claim directed to the container. [009] The cover according to the invention comprises: [0010] - a ferrule to be fixedly attached to the neck of the container, the ferrule comprising an upper wall and a tubular skirt extending downwards from the upper wall; [0011] - an anti-tamper mechanism connected with the ferrule; [0012] - a override button removably disposed on top of the top wall of the ferrule, so as to cover at least the anti-tamper mechanism at least entirely, the override button being connected to the anti-tamper mechanism, so that, by means of the first removal of the override button on the ferrule, at least a portion of the anti-tamper mechanism is irreversibly damaged. [0013] The overrun button comprises at least a translucent portion arranged to extend over at least a portion of the anti-tamper mechanism, which is irreversibly damaged by first removing the override button from the ferrule. The override button additionally comprises an identification portion, which is different from at least one translucent portion in at least one property and at least one property is selected, so as to allow visual distinction of the identification portion and at least one portion translucent. [0014] The term "translucent portion" denotes a portion through which the user is able to visually determine whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. For example, the translucent portion may be colorless or may be colored, as long as it allows the user to visually determine through the translucent portion whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. As another example, the "translucent portion" can be polished or unpolished, a contact that allows the user to visually determine through the translucent portion whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. Where possible, from a constructional point of view, the term translucent portion also means including one or more openings (which do not comprise a translucent material) through which the anti-tamper mechanism (or parts of it) is visible to determine whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. [0015] The term "identification portion" denotes a portion that can be visually differentiated from the translucent portion. The identification portion is different from the translucent portion in at least one property that allows visual differentiation of the identification portion and the translucent portion. The user must be able to clearly determine where the identification portion starts and ends and where the translucent portion starts and ends. Just by way of examples, the translucent portion can be colorless and polished, although the identification portion may be opaque and colored and may additionally have considerable surface hardness, so that the color of the identification portion can be used to identify the type or concentration of a pharmaceutical product contained in the container, although the translucent portion makes it possible to determine whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. The identification portion may also comprise information about the manufacturer of the product. For example, the name of the product manufacturer, a logo or a trademark of the product manufacturer (or combinations thereof) can be embossed on the opaque colored identification portion. In the event that the user observes through the translucent portion that the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged, before the user has opened the container for the first time, this is an indication of the possibility that the container may have been opened previously. At least, the user cannot be sure that the container has not been opened previously. In particular, in the case of pharmaceutical products, the pharmaceutical product contained in the container is then not administered to patients. On the other hand, in the event that the user observes through the translucent portion that the anti-tamper mechanism is not damaged, the user can ensure that the container has not been opened previously. In the case of pharmaceutical products, these products can then be administered to patients. [0016] In some embodiment of the cap, according to the invention, in which at least one property of the identification portion allows the differentiation of the identification portion and at least one translucent portion is selected from the opacity, color, surface roughness or combinations of it. For example, the identification portion may be opaque and colored and the name of the product manufacturer, a logo or a trademark of the product manufacturer (or combinations thereof) may be embossed on the opaque colored identification portion. The translucent portion can be colorless and polished, however, the translucent portion can also be colored and can also have a visible surface hardness, as long as it allows the user to visually determine through the translucent portion whether the anti-tamper mechanism is damaged or not. [0017] In some embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, the anti-tamper mechanism comprises a hub and the upper wall of the ferrule comprises an external portion, which is connected to the skirt and surrounds the anti-tamper mechanism hub. The anti-tamper mechanism hub is connected to the outer portion of the ferrule via a breakable connection. The overflow button comprises a retaining member and the hub comprises a through opening, which is centrally arranged in the hub with the overflow button retaining member, which extends through the centrally arranged through opening of the hub and which retains the override button on the anti-tamper mechanism hub. [0018] In some embodiments of the cap, according to the invention, the outer portion of the upper wall of the ferrule is an annular portion. The anti-tamper mechanism hub is a centrally arranged circular disc comprising the centrally arranged through opening and the centrally arranged through opening is circular in shape. [0019] In some additional embodiments of the cover, according to the invention, the breakable connection comprises one or more connection networks, which are connected to the hub of the anti-tamper mechanism, as well as to the external portion of the upper wall of the ferrule. Each individual formation network is arranged in an individual angular position when viewed in a circumferential direction, and the individual angular positions of the individual connection networks (if there is more than one connection network) are different from each other. [0020] Still in some additional embodiments of the cover, according to the invention, the breakable connection comprises at least four individual connection networks, in particular at least six individual connection networks. The individual connection networks are also arranged in separate angular positions. At least a translucent portion of the override button is arranged to extend over at least one of the connecting networks. [0021] Still in some additional modalities of the cover, according to the invention, the breakable connection comprises a spline line that connects the centrally arranged hub of the anti-tamper mechanism to the external portion of the upper wall of the ferrule. The translucent portion of the overrun button is arranged to extend at least partially over the striation line. [0022] In some embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, the overrun button comprises an opaque colored outer ring, and at least a translucent portion is surrounded by the opaque colored outer ring. [0023] In some additional embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, the entire portion of the overrun button surrounded by the opaque colored ring, forms at least one translucent portion of the override button. [0024] Still in some additional embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, the overrun button comprises a centrally arranged opaque colored cube, and at least a translucent portion of the override button is arranged between the centrally arranged opaque colored cube and the opaque colored outer ring. [0025] Still in some additional forms of the lid, according to the invention, the centrally arranged opaque colored cube is connected to the opaque colored outer ring through at least one opaque colored network. [0026] Still in some additional embodiments of the cap, according to the invention, at least one opaque colored network comprises a plurality of individual opaque wheel spokes arranged to extend from the opaque colored hub to the opaque colored outer ring in the form of a star . [0027] In some other embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, at least one opaque colored network comprises a single opaque conical network. The narrow end of the opaque conical mesh is connected to the opaque colored cube and the wide end of the conical mesh is connected to the opaque colored outer ring. [0028] In some embodiments of the lid, according to the invention, the overrun button comprises a translucent angular segment that runs circumferentially arranged in a completely colored opaque override button, otherwise. The translucent angular segment that runs circumferentially is arranged to extend over at least a portion of the anti-tamper mechanism, which is irreversibly damaged by the first removal of the override button. [0029] In some types of cover, according to the invention, the overrun button is a two-component injection molded part. [0030] As already mentioned, in another aspect the invention relates to a container, in particular, an ampoule or a cartridge. The container comprises a neck that has an opening to allow access to the interior of the container. The container additionally comprises a sealing plug which is arranged in the opening in the neck and additionally comprises a cap, according to the invention, as described in the above embodiments. The cover is arranged to cover the sealing plug. The lower end of the lid skirt engages with an edge on an outer wall of the container neck. [0031] The invention has numerous advantages. First, the user can now always determine with certainty, whether the anti-tamper mechanism of a container has been damaged or not, before removing the override button. In this way, the user is at least able to determine whether the override button may have been removed from the ferrule previously or not, regardless of the specific type of anti-tamper mechanism. This is particularly important in the field of healthcare services, where pharmaceutical products stored in such containers can be administered to patients. In the event that the user observes through the translucent portion of the override button that the anti-tamper mechanism is not damaged, the pharmaceutical product can be administered to patients. In the event that the user observes through the translucent portion of the override button that anti-tampering is damaged, pharmaceutical products should not be administered to patients. [0032] By way of example, the ferrule can be produced from metal (for example aluminum) and the skirt of the ferrule can be folded to engage an edge on the outer wall of the container neck. Alternatively, the ferrule can be produced from plastic and can be toothed. In a folded or notched state, the skirt of the plastic ferrule engages the rim on the outer wall of the container neck. [0033] In general, the anti-tamper mechanism hub can have any geometric shape and can be connected to the external portion of the ferrule through any type of breakable connection. Advantageously, however, the hub is a circular disk that has a central opening therein, so that a retaining member of the overrun button can extend through the central opening of the circular disk. The overshoot button is typically produced from a thermoplastic material and the retaining member can initially be a cylindrical wall that projects downwardly from the overshoot button through the opening of the cube's circular disc. The lower end of this cylindrical wall can then be heated and reformatted, in order to retain the override button for the circular disk of the anti-tamper mechanism hub. The connection of the circular disk of the hub of the external portion of the ferrule through the connection nets is a particularly reliable modality of the anti-tamper mechanism. Although, in general, any number of such networks is possible, it may be advantageous to have four or six networks, which are arranged in separate angular positions equally when viewed in the circumferential direction. The removal or manipulation of the override button, in any direction, then, reliably results in at least one of the networks being broken, which can then be visually determined by the user. Alternatively, a circular spline line can be used to connect the circular hub of the anti-tamper mechanism to the outer portion of the ferrule. In either of these modes, the translucent portion of the override button allows you to view at least a portion of the anti-tamper mechanism, which is irreversibly damaged during the removal or manipulation of the override button, so that the user can easily determine that a container has not been open, in case the anti-tamper mechanism is completely intact. [0034] Various types of overrun button designs in relation to the combination of color and translucent portions are possible. It is preferable, however, if the respective overshoot button that comprises both colored and translucent portions, is a two-component injection molded part. The two components can be a colored opaque plastic and a colorless translucent plastic, which can be shaped in a unique molding process that allows an efficient, economical and reliable manufacture of the overrun button. [0035] As already mentioned, although not limited to specific containers, the lid according to the invention has particular application in the field of ampoules or cartridges, in which pharmaceutical products (such as drugs) are stored, which are used in the field health services where such pharmaceuticals are administered to patients. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0036] Additional advantageous aspects of the invention become evident from the following detailed description of the modalities of the invention with the aid of the drawings in which: [0037] Figure 1 is an exploded view of an embodiment of a container comprising a sealing plug and a first embodiment of the lid according to the invention; [0038] figure 2 is a sectional view of the embodiment of figure 1 with the components of the exploded view of figure 1 which is shown in assembled state; [0039] figure 3 is a top view of the container of figure 2 with the first embodiment of the invention; [0040] figure 4 is a top view of a second embodiment of the lid according to the invention (smaller diameter of the opaque hub of the override button); [0041] figure 5 is a top view of a third modality of the lid, according to the invention (transparent segment of the overflow button extends only over an angular portion); [0042] figure 6 is a top view of a fourth modality of the lid according to the invention (override button with opaque central hub and opaque star-type wheel spokes); [0043] figure 7 is a top view of a fifth modality of the lid according to the invention (override button with central opaque hub and conical opaque mesh); [0044] figure 8 is a sectional view of a container similar to that of figure 2, with a sixth modality of the lid, according to the invention (striation line as anti-tamper mechanism, and [0045] figure 9 is an end view of the container shown in figure 8; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MODALITIES [0046] The container modality shown in figure 1 (exploded view), figure 2 (sectional view, assembled) and figure 3 (top view) comprise an ampoule 10 having a neck 11. The ampoule can be produced from glass or any other suitable mechanically stable and inert material. On the outer wall of the neck 11, an edge 12 is provided. At its upper end, the neck 11 has an opening 13 to allow access to the interior 14 of the container. For example, a pharmaceutical product, such as a liquid drug to be administered to a patient, can be stored inside such a container. [0047] The container additionally comprises a sealing plug 2, which can be produced from rubber or any other material suitable for gas-proof and liquid-proof sealing of the interior 14 of the container from the environment. The container also comprises a first embodiment of a lid according to the invention. The cover comprises a ferrule 3, an anti-tamper mechanism 4 that is connected to the ferrule, in order to be described in greater detail below and an override button 5. The ferrule 3 comprises an upper wall 30 comprising an outer annular portion 300 and a tubular skirt 31 extending downwardly from the upper wall 30 or from the outer annular portion 300 respectively. The outer annular portion 300 is connected to the tubular skirt 31. The ferrule 3 is typically produced from a deformable metal, such as aluminum. [0049] The anti-tamper mechanism 4 comprises a hub 40 in the form of a circular disc, which has a centrally arranged through opening 400. Hub 40 is connected to the outer annular portion 300 of the upper wall of the ferrule 3 via a breakable connection. The breakable connection in this embodiment comprises six connection networks 401, which are arranged in separate angular positions equally individual (i.e., the connection networks arranged adjacent are displaced angularly with each other by means of an angle of 60 °). Between the connection nets 401, curved slots 402 are arranged separating the connection nets 401 at an angle from each other. [0050] The override button 5 is removably disposed on top of the upper wall 30 of the ferrule 3. In the modalities shown, the override button 5 covers both the anti-tamper mechanism 4 to be described in greater detail, as well as the upper wall 30 of the ferrule 3. In the embodiment shown, the overshoot button 5 comprises an opaque colored outer ring 51 and a centrally arranged opaque colored cube 50. Between the opaque colored outer ring 51 and the centrally arranged opaque colored cube 50, the overshoot button 5 comprises a polished, colorless annular translucent portion 52 (no strokes being shown to emphasize that portion 52 is translucent). The overshoot button 5 further comprises a centrally arranged retaining portion, which may comprise in its original undeformed state, a tubular skirt 500 extending downwardly from the opaque colored cube 50 (see Figure 1). The colors of the opaque colored cube 50 and the opaque colored outer ring 51 may be representative of a specific concentration of a substance contained in the container, or it may be representative of the type of substance (for example, a specific type of drug), or specific product manufacturer. [0051] To assemble the cover comprising the ferrule 3, the anti-tamper mechanism 4 and the override button 5, first the override button, 5 is placed on top of the anti-tamper mechanism 4, so that the tubular skirt 500 extends through of the centrally arranged passage opening 400 of the cube 40 of the anti-tamper mechanism 4. Thereafter, the plastic material of the tubular skirt 500 can be heated and deformed, so that it extends radially outward, so that the cube 40 is retained by means of of the deformed skirt 500 (see Figure 2). [0052] To assemble the container, after the pharmaceutical product has been filled inside 14 of the ampoule 10, the sealing plug 2 is pressed through the opening 13 into the neck 11 of the ampoule 10, until a flange that extends radially 20 of the sealing plug rests against the upper surface of the edge 12. After that, the cap is placed on the sealing plug 2 with the tubular skirt 31 of the ferrule 3 which circumferentially encloses the edge 12 provided on the outer wall of the neck 11. The cap is then pushed down towards the sealing plug 2, until the outer annular portion 300 of the ferrule 3 rests against the corresponding portion of the upper surface of the sealing plug 2. The lower portion of the skirt 31 of the ferrule 3 is then folded inwardly, so that the lower portion of the skirt 31 engages the lower surface of the rim 12 from below. After that, the cap is securely mounted to the ampoule 10, as shown in figure 2. [0053] As the overshoot button 5 is removed for the first time in order to expose the central portion of the sealing plug 2 not covered by the annular portion 300 of the upper wall 30 of the ferrule 3 (for example, to allow that the needle of a syringe is penetrated through the sealing plug 2), at least some of the nets 401 connecting the hub 40 of the anti-tamper mechanism 4 to the annular portion 300 break. Now, in the event that someone tries to reassemble the override button 5 with the container for any reason, for example, to simulate that the container is in its original state and has not been opened previously, or to simulate that the particular container comes from a specific manufacturer, this can be easily determined by the consumer. The translucent portion of the override button allows the consumer to visibly determine whether the tamper mechanism is damaged or not. In the first modality described above, the consumer can visibly determine whether one or more of the 401 networks is already broken or not. [0054] A second embodiment of the lid, according to the invention, is shown in the top view of figure 4. In essence, the components are very similar to those of the first embodiment already described above. The essential difference of the second modality of the lid, when compared to the first modality, is that the opaque colored cube 50a of the overshoot button 5a of the second modality has a diameter that is smaller than that of the first modality. The opaque colored outer ring 51a has the same dimensions as in the first embodiment. As a consequence, the translucent annular portion 52a of the overflow button 5a of the second modality extends radially over a larger area than the translucent annular portion 52 of the overflow button 5 of the first modality. The anti-tamper mechanism of the second modality is identical to that of the first modality. [0055] A third embodiment of the lid, according to the invention, is shown in the top view of figure 5. Again, the components are very similar to those described previously in the embodiments. However, the essential difference from the third mode compared to the modes described above, is that the override button 5b only comprises a translucent angular segment that runs circumferentially 52b (instead of a whole translucent ring) through which a portion of the tamper mechanism is visible , although the rest of the overshoot button 5b is made from an opaque colored material. In the modality shown, the angular segment extends over an angle of about 120 °, however, this angle is only by way of example. [0056] A fourth embodiment of the lid, according to the invention, is shown in the top view of figure 6. Again, the components are very similar to those described in the previous embodiments. The essential difference of the fourth embodiment compared to those described in the previous embodiments is that the override button 5c of the fourth embodiment comprises a plurality of opaque colored wheel spokes 53c, which is arranged to extend from the opaque colored hub 50c to the opaque colored outer ring 51c in the shape of a star. The anti-tamper mechanism is visible through the translucent annular segments 52c extending in the circumferential direction between the opaque colored hub 50c, the opaque colored outer ring 51c and the opaque colored wheel spokes 53c. [0057] A fifth modality of the lid, according to the invention, is shown in the top view of figure 7. Again the components are very similar to those of the modalities described previously. However, the essential difference of the fifth modality when compared to the previously described modalities is that there is only a single opaque conical lattice 53d that extends between the opaque colored cube 50d and the opaque colored outer ring 51d. The annular translucent portion 52d is a ring that is interrupted in the circumferential direction only by means of the opaque colored network 53d. [0058] An additional modality of the container with a sixth modality of the lid, according to the invention, is shown in a sectional view in figure 8 and in a top view in figure 9. This modality differs from the modalities described previously in the fact that that the anti-tamper mechanism does not comprise any networks connecting the hub 40e with the outer annular portion 300 of the upper wall 30 of the ferrule 3. But properly, there is a groove line that runs circumferentially 401e instead. This groove line 401e is arranged between the hub 40e and the outer annular portion 300 of the upper wall of the ferrule 3 and is a weakened portion that breaks as the overshoot 5e is removed for the first time. In the event that this splined line 401e has been broken, this is visible to the consumer through the translucent annular portion 52e which is arranged between the opaque colored cube 50e and the opaque colored outer ring 51e of the override button 5e. [0059] Although the specific modalities and combinations of the anti-tamper mechanism and the override button have been described with the aid of the drawings, it can be easily understood that the anti-tamper mechanisms described and the override buttons can be combined in different ways, as long as it is It is possible to visibly determine by means of the translucent portion of the override button, whether a portion of the anti-tamper mechanism is irreversibly damaged or not. The invention is also not limited to any specific type of anti-tamper mechanism. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the modalities described with the aid of the drawings, but several changes and alterations are possible without departing from the scope of the invention, which is defined by means of the appended claims.
